1 Year Later.....
Here we are almost a year since moving to Eugene. After many revisions a final floor plan has been developed, one that will benefit the site beyond our time here. The structure has taken on the design for an ADU (additional dwelling unit). Although the size has limit restrictions, we benefit by having a small kitchen and bathroom within the building. I have enjoyed the challenge of many layout revisions!

The Plan was mirrored to place Dammtor station on the sliding door side of the room plan. This arrangement will allow a platform to be built to the back of the floor plan to lift the viewer/operator to the level of the mountain region. The faller car system will remain and a street tram system
The Revised New Plan - Visible Track
The overall visible plan has less trackage, but I always did fall into the category of scenery with trains running through it as opposed to filling every inch with track and little scenery. The mountain region will include a ski lift, and perhaps a cog rail to the top as well (Farro trains perhaps).
